This role is an exciting prospect for an experienced Senior Architect specialising in multi-residential developments, to work on a diverse scope of projects and exercise their creativity and leadership skills!

Key Responsibilities:
Work collaboratively and independently delivering across multiple projects concurrently at various stages fromDD to CA
Quick to understand and meet project requirements
Manage relationships with key clients to ensure their brief is met
Detailed programming, planning and budgeting of each project
Maintain positive relationships with clients and consultants

Skills & Experience:
Minimum 12years of post-grad experience
Registration as Architect
local experience preferred
Proficiency in Revit is a must!




Highly competent in Design Development, Documentation and Construction/Site Admin.
Highly experienced in working independently on projects
High organisation skills and time management
Schedule preparation and report writing
Solidunderstanding of BADs, NCC, BCA compliance knowledge
Experience in Multi-residential sector
