Job Description
Endeavour Group is seeking a Manager – IT Vendor & Service Delivery to oversee outsourced 24/7 Service Desk and L1.5 Monitoring, drive vendor accountability, and deliver cost savings across a 5-year lifecycle.
You will bridge internal tech teams with external partners, lead process transformations, and participate in the Major Incident Management on-call rotation to ensure service resilience.
