Talent International is seeking an experienced Level 2 IT Support skilled for onsite work at Port Kembla.
You will handle hands-on IT support, manage incidents via ServiceNow, and deploy Windows 11 devices while collaborating with IT teams and external vendors.
Ideal candidates have 3+ years in Level 2 or desktop support, experience with Intune, and strong customer service skills.
