A typical day might look like: n
n
Managing day-to-day relationships with Labour Hire agencies
n
Coordinating rosters, schedules, inductions, and probation reviews
n
Ensuring staffing levels align with operational needs, including responding to last-minute changes
n
Assisting Supervisors and Management with recruitment and administration for team member roles
n
Monitoring labour hire performance and providing timely feedback through the appropriate channels
n
Ensuring services delivered align accurately with invoice details
n
Maintaining payroll data, processing leave, and supporting general administrative tasks
n
Managing and overseeing the Safety Management System (SolveSafety)
n
Supporting a safe workplace through proactive safety administration
n
Coordinating wellness programs and promoting team engagement
n

About you n
n
Experience within Warehouse, Logistics, or Retail environments
n
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
n
Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
n
Proactive approach with strong problem-solving capability
n
Ability to build strong relationships with internal teams, external customers, and suppliers
n
Skilled in Microsoft Office suite
n
Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic operational environment
n
High attention to detail, particularly in scheduling, payroll, and administrative processes
n

The successful candidate must meet National Criminal History Check requirements and hold valid working rights
