Job Description
Maxwell Recruitment is currently seeking two Trade-Qualified Mechanical Fitters for project and maintenance work at a remote water treatment facility near Chinchilla, Queensland.

The successful candidates will work alongside experienced site fitters, completing additional project work while supporting the site's regular maintenance activities.
n
The positions are expected to run until the end of ****, with mobilisation planned for September.
n
Key Responsibilities
n

Assist with the derating of sections of a water treatment plant
n
Remove and replace pumps, valves and pipe spools
n
Complete mechanical maintenance across different sections of the facility
n
Perform planned, preventative and reactive maintenance
n




Assist with general plant repairs and mechanical project work
n
n
About You
n
To be considered for this role, you will have:
n
n
Australian-recognised Mechanical Fitter Trade Certificate
n
Previous industrial maintenance experience
n
Experience working with pumps, valves, pipework and mechanical plant
n
Construction White Card
n
Robust commitment to workplace health and safety
n
