About the role
n
This is a part-time (Tuesday to Friday) role involving the administration, preparation and management of stock for direct delivery to Ophthalmology clinics, as well as in-house preparation for 3PL transport. Based in our Perth office, this varied role is ideal for someone who is comfortable managing administrative tasks in an office setting while also enjoying regular travel between our office and clinic sites.

The successful candidate would have great people skills, maintain a high level of customer service at all times, and be willing to travel long distances, including:
n
Fortnightly to Bunbury and Busselton (1 day)
n
Monthly to Albany (stay overnight)




n
Quarterly to Kalgoorlie (stay overnight)
n
Full training and company vehicle will be provided.
n
Responsibilities include:
n
Delivery of medications to clinics and patient homes
n
Manage and audit stock in clinic fridges
n
Collect prescriptions from clinics
n
Dailypreparation of stock for delivery or collection
n
Adhere to Quality Assurance guidelines for cold-chain stock transportation
n
Administration and reporting tasks
n
Ensure company vehicle is maintained
n
Attributes, skills and experience required for this role include:
n
High attention to detail to ensure accuracy and consistency across tasks
n
Valid driver's licence (applicable to WA)
n
Good driving record and enjoys driving
n
Professional with good communication & interpersonal skills
n
Physically capable of loading, unloading and lifting boxes (approx. 15 kg's)
n
This position is only open to Australian permanent residents.
