About the Role
n

We provide around-the-clock care, so visits may be scheduled early morning, afternoon, evening, or overnight to meet our client's needs.
n
We are seeking experienced and compassionate Registered Nurses (RN) or Enrolled Nurses (EN) to deliver high-quality, clinical community care to clients in the Aged Care and Disability sector. This role offers dedicated 1-on-1 client care,



allowing you to truly focus on the client outcomes that matter.

Casual or Permanent Part Time roles are available for the right applicant.

Responsibilities
n
n
Catheter Management: Independent management, insertion, and removal of Suprapubic Catheters (SPC) and Indwelling Catheters (IDC)
n
Wound Care: Comprehensive management of simple and complex wound dressings
n
Medication Administration: Safe medication management and clinical health monitoring
n
Care Collaboration: Partnering with clinical leadership and families to deliver safe, person-centred care plans
n
Conduct Nursing Assessments
n
n

Relevant experience as a Nurse
n
You will have relevant
experience/knowledge
in wound care, catheterisation, medication management, diabetes management and manual handling practices
n
You are a self-led leader with the ability to take responsibility and ownership for your work performance
n
You are exceptionally well organized, demonstrate impeccable time management skills, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
n
You will be able to work in a quick-paced environment where you are flexible, adaptable and able to respond easily to last minute changes or challenges
n




You will be genuinely compassionate, and show passion about making a difference in the lives of those you meet
n
Be proficient in the use of technology across different software systems and applications.
n

Desirables, these are not required but an added bonus if you have the below;

Previous community care experience in the field of NDIS and Aged Care
n

Skills & Experience
n

Community nursing would be an advantage
n
Subacute and disability experience
n
Ability to redirect or deescalate behaviours
n
Diabetes management
n
Dementia experience would be an advantage
n
Work with a supportive and dynamic team

Mandatory Requirements
n
n
Minimum 2+ years of clinical experience specifically managing SPC/IDC insertion and removal, complex wound care, and medication administration
n
AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse
n
CPR & First Aid Certification
n
Valid Australian Driver's Licence and a reliable car
n
Working With Children Check
n
NDIS Worker Screening Approval
n
NDIS Worker Orientation Module Completion
n
