Key Responsibilities
Deliver excellent customer service and handle enquiries across phone, email and in person
Recommend equipment,



prepare quotes and convert enquiries into hires
Manage bookings, contracts, extensions, off-hires, deliveries and collections
Coordinate equipment availability, movements, maintenance and returns
Maintain accurate rental, stock and contract records
Resolve issues quickly and ensure a smooth hire process

What We're Looking For
2+ years’ experience in the equipment hire industry
Robust attention to detail and communication skills
Qualified, proactive and takes ownership
Well organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
