The Royal Oak Hotel in Fitzroy North is seeking an experienced Section Waiter / Bartender for a permanent part time role. You will manage your own section, work across bar and dining room, and deliver warm, attentive service while confidently pouring drinks and recommending wine.
Eligible candidates will have a minimum of three years in busy hospitality venues, robust knowledge of beer and wine, and current Victorian RSA. Evening and weekend availability is essential.
