The Position:

Join the dynamic Contact Centre team, where you'll be the first point of contact for customers needing support with bookings, freight enquiries, and general service information. This is a rapid-paced, customer-focused role ideal for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for problem-solving.

This role is commencing immediately on a temporary basis through to the end of January 2027.

To be successful in the role we are seeking candidates who possess the following attributes:
Previous experience in a contact centre or high-volume customer service role
Strong verbal communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with booking systems (preferred)
A proactive and skilled approach to customer service

Details:
Competitive hourly rate of $37.50/hr
