Use your insurance, strata or customer service experience to help customers navigate the claims process with confidence. As a Strata Claims Consultant with Crawford, you will manage a portfolio of claims from lodgement through to settlement, providing clear communication, practical guidance and timely outcomes.
n
Experience in insurance or strata claims is highly regarded, but we also welcome strong customer service professionals from retail or call centre environments who are ready to build a long-term career in insurance.
n
Internal title: Strata Internal Claims Adjuster. This role may also be known as Claims Consultant, Claims Manager or Claims Handler.

What You Will Do
n

Manage a portfolio of strata claims from lodgement through to settlement
n
Support and guide customers throughout the claims process
n
Assess policy coverage and review supporting documentation
n
Investigate and analyse claims to support sound decisions




n
Set reserves and prepare clear, accurate reports
n
Determine liability and progress claims towards resolution
n
Provide timely updates and deliver customer-focused outcomes
n

What You Will Bring
n
You will be self-motivated, solutions-focused and confident communicating with customers and stakeholders. You may already work in insurance or strata claims management or bring strong customer service experience from a retail or call centre environment. You will bring:

Insurance or strata claims management experience
n
Excellent customer service and communication skills
n
Strong organisation, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise
n
A customer-first approach, with empathy and professionalism
n
The ability to make sound decisions and work effectively within a team
n
Australian or New Zealand working rights
n
A willingness to complete a police check and develop your insurance expertise
n
