Ray White Kensington is expanding and seeking a driven, highly motivated Sales Associate or Co Agent to partner with one of our top performing teams.

What you will be doing:
Working directly alongside lead agents to secure, market, and sell residential property
Proactively prospecting, cold calling, and following up leads to build a solid pipeline
Managing buyer databases and conducting open for inspections
Delivering exceptional customer service to vendors and purchasers
Assisting with buyer feedback, and offer negotiations

What we are looking for:
Current SA Real Estate Sales Registration
Prior experience in real estate sales or high volume phone prospecting
A sharp, presentable qualified with first class communication skills
Solid negotiation ability and a hunger to achieve uncapped commission




Self starters who thrive in a fast-paced setting and hold a valid driver licence and reliable vehicle
Must be an Australian Citizen and have the ability to work weekends
