Job Description

Ballina Shire Council is seeking a dedicated individual to join the Water and Wastewater team. The role focuses on operating, monitoring and maintaining treatment plants to deliver protected drinking and recycled water services to the community.

You will train and mentor trainees while working closely with your team to meet operational goals. The ideal candidate brings a Certificate III in Water Industry Treatment or equivalent, robust communication skills, and solid digital literacy to support data
