Access to Therapy is a paediatric allied health practice in Springfield. We provide speech pathology, occupational therapy, physiotherapy, dietetics and early childhood intervention teaching to families across Ipswich, Springfield and Logan. Our mission is simple: access, empathy and hope for every child and family we work with.

We're growing, and we're looking for a friendly, organised Administration Officer to join our front desk team.
n
About the role
n
Part-time, [Thursday and Friday (with the option of Wednesday), 8:30am–4:00pm]
n
Location: willing to work in Springfield or Raceview (clinic launching in November)
n
You'll work closely with our Administration Coordinator to give families and clinicians a smooth experience every day
n
What you'll do
n
Welcome families in the clinic and answer phone and email enquiries warmly and professionally
n
Book, reschedule and confirm appointments in our clinical software, and manage waitlists
n
Coordinate appointments with kindies, daycares and schools, including access forms
n




Process invoices, payments and Medicare rebates, and follow up outstanding accounts
n
Support NDIS administration, including service agreements and plan-managed invoicing
n
Order supplies and help with onboarding tasks for new staff
n
Suggest and help put in place better ways of doing things
n
About you
n
Not essential but helpful - experience in reception or administration, ideally in health, allied health or a medical practice
n
Clear, kind communication with families, including when things are stressful
n
Organised, accurate and able to juggle priorities
n
Understanding of NDIS and Medicare billing is highly regarded but not essential
n
Team player
n
