Job Description
We're looking for a confident, organised, proactive Project Coordinator / Administrator to join our busy construction team.

You'll be the glue that holds our projects together — supporting Site Supervisors and Project Managers by utilising our proprietary project management software to ensure builds remain on schedule.

Key responsibilities
n
Coordinate scheduling of trades, suppliers, and site activities across multiple builds.
n
Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to keep projects on track.
n
Prepare and process purchase orders, invoices, and variation documentation.
n
Maintain accurate project files, contracts, and compliance records.
n
Track build timelines and flag delays or issues to the Site Supervisor / Project Manager.
n
Assist with council approvals, permits, and certification paperwork.
n
Manage incoming calls, emails, and general office administration.
n
Support the sales and construction teams with reporting and documentation.

About you
n
Previous experience in contracts administration, project coordination, or a similar role (must be within the
construction/building
industry)
n
Previous experience working with a Project Home Builder.
n




Excellent organisational skills & attention to detail.
n
Experience with construction software.
n
A proactive, confident, problem-solving attitude.
