Client Services & Campaign Manager
to take ownership of the client experience and become a key link between our agents, campaign managers and production team.

This is not a traditional admin role.

Client Services & Campaign Manager
to take ownership of the client experience and become a key link between our agents, campaign managers and production team.

The Role n
Your job is simple:
n
Make sure our clients feel looked after, every campaign is properly briefed, and nothing falls through the cracks.
n
You'll work closely with our General Manager, production team, photographers, videographers,



copywriters and some of Melbourne's leading real estate agents.
n
You'll be responsible for staying ahead of upcoming campaigns, understanding exactly what each client needs and making sure what we promise is what we deliver.
What You'll Be Doing n
n
Build and maintain strong relationships with key agents and campaign managers
n
Regularly check in with clients and understand what is coming up
n
Coordinate campaign requirements before shoots take place
n
Ensure photographers, videographers, copywriters and production teams are properly briefed
n
Capture important property and vendor information before each campaign
n
Make sure client expectations and deliverables are clear
n
Follow up after campaigns and gather feedback
n
Identify unhappy or at-risk clients before issues escalates
n
Attend client offices and build stronger face-to-face relationships
n
Help coordinate higher-end properties and more complex campaigns
n
Work with our production team to resolve client issues quickly
n
Help identify opportunities for additional services and campaign support
n
Support client content, case studies and post-sale marketing opportunities
n
Improve the overall customer journey from booking through to final delivery
n
Who We're Looking For n
You may currently be working as a:

Executive Assistant to a high-performing agent
n
Account Manager
n
Property Campaign Manager
n
Real estate experience is highly regarded. n
More importantly, you need to be someone who is:

Confident dealing with high-performing agents
n
Proactive rather than reactive
n
Calm when things get busy
n
Strong at building relationships
n
Detail focused
n
Comfortable picking up the phone
n
Good at identifying problems before they become bigger problems
n
Able to manage multiple campaigns and priorities at once
n
Proud of delivering a premium level of service
n
n
You should be the type of person who notices when something doesn't feel right with a client and follows it up without needing to be asked.
