About the Role n
MSS Security is looking for
Full time - Security Emergency Officers
to join our team in
Blackwater
. This position is for local candidates residing in Blackwater or
DIDO
candidates.
n As part of the Emergency Response Team, you will respond to security and emergency incidents, maintain a secure and secure environment, and support the effective resolution of onsite emergencies.
Duties include but are not limited to: n
n
Conduct foot patrols, welfare checks, and security escorts when required.
n
Respond to security incidents, medical emergencies, fire alarms, first Aid response and other emergency situations.
n
Monitor site activities, enforce rules and report incidents and safety concerns.
n
Inspect and maintain emergency response equipment and vehicles.
n
Communicate professionally with residents, contractors, and site personnel while delivering excellent customer service.

Skills & Experience n
n




Full Australian Working Rights
n
Certificate II in Security Operations
n
Class 1 QLD Security License (Unarmed)
n
Class C
Manual
driver's licence for QLD
n
HLTAID011- Provide First Aid (Or willing to obtain)
n
HLTAID010- Provide Basic Emergency Life Support (Or willing to obtain)
n
HLTAID009- Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (Or willing to obtain)
n
OH&S; Construction Induction White Card (Or willing to obtain)
n
Ability to successfully pass a National Police and Criminal history check
n
Ability to successfully pass a Full medical and fitness assessment, including a Drug & Alcohol screening
n
Must currently live within a 600 km radius of Blackwater.
