Job Description

Pathfinder Recruitment is seeking a Head of Engineering for a Sydney-based permanent role. You will lead a 12-robust development, mobile, QA and support team, owning technical function, standards, and delivery across multiple projects.

You will report to the Directors and shape the technology strategy of the agency. High emphasis on robust C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core and Azure capabilities, with experience in enterprise-scale .NET CMS/DXP projects and contemporary CI/CD, testing and security practices.
