Swing Factory is a growing Australian-owned golf, hospitality and entertainment business, combining outstanding food, golf, technology and entertainment.

The Role n

We are looking for a qualified Chef to join our kitchen team.

n

Reporting to the Kitchen Manager, you will be responsible for food preparation and production, maintaining food quality and presentation, and ensuring high standards of food safety, hygiene and kitchen operations.

n

This is a hands‑on role suited to a Chef who enjoys a fast‑paced environment and takes pride in delivering consistently great food.

Key Responsibilities n

n
Prepare, cook and present food to menu and quality standards.
n
Complete food preparation and mise en place for service.
n
Maintain food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards.
n
Monitor food quality, portion control and presentation.
n
Assist with stock rotation, storage and minimising food wastage.
n




Safely operate and maintain kitchen equipment.
n
Work effectively with the Kitchen Manager and wider venue team.
n

What We're Looking For nn
Qualified Chef – Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent.
n
Experience in a rapid‑paced or high-volume workplace.
n
Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene and safe food handling practices.
n
Strong communication, teamwork and attention to detail.
n
Reliable, positive and able to work under pressure.
n
Availability for evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.
n
Living locally or within a reasonable commuting distance of Vermont South is highly desirable.
n
