The job
Processing sales orders and quotes into the the ERP system,



accurately, first time
Looking after the shared Microsoft inbox and customer enquiries, and getting answers back quickly
Keeping customers updated on their orders from factory to delivery
Preparing quotes so the external reps can spend their time out winning current business
Keeping the CRM and customer database clean and current, plus the usual filing and record keeping

The product is technical and made to order, so one wrong digit means someone makes the wrong thing. You're the reason that doesn't happen.

You
Experience in sales admin, order processing or a similar role
Eagle-eyed attention to detail (clearly, I'm checking)
Confident with Microsoft, including Excel, Outlook and shared inboxes
AX experience would be outstanding, and Ariba for orders would be amazing
Happy to take direction, park one task when something urgent lands, and pick it back up without missing a beat
Good energy. Personality fit really matters here
