We are one of Victoria’s largest independent property valuation firms, with a team of young and friendly professionals who enjoy working together to deliver diverse valuation services across metropolitan Melbourne & regional Victoria.

We currently have an exciting prospect for a CPV qualified valuer. The role is Melbourne-metro based and involves residential, commercial and industrial properties.

n

The position would suit candidates that have CPV status with experience in valuing residential, commercial and industrial properties particularly in metropolitan Melbourne. A division in the firm provides valuation services to both local and state government, and exposure to rating valuations would be highly desirable.

The successful applicant will have a proven track record of working autonomously, a thorough understanding of valuation methodologies and principles,



is highly competent with information systems/technology and experience in dealing with a variety of stakeholders.

We will only consider applicants who are Australian or Current Zealand citizens/permanent residents.

n

Applicants must hold a valid driver's license and have their own vehicle.
