Job Description
Sharp and Carter is seeking an experienced HRIS & Payroll Specialist on a contract basis to join a project team supporting a major HR systems transformation in Sydney. You will test and validate HR and payroll processes as part of an Oracle migration, working with stakeholders to ensure critical employee processes run accurately.

This hands-on contract role requires robust HR Operations and Australian payroll knowledge, with exposure to payroll, awards, leave management and lifecycle events.
