Avant by Doctors for Doctors is seeking a Security Engineer to design and maintain security controls across cloud, SaaS and on‑premises settings. You will own security platforms, drive automation and DevSecOps practices to reduce manual effort while improving detection and response capabilities.

The role requires broad security experience with SIEM, EDR, cloud and network security, plus excellent stakeholder engagement and a team-oriented approach to mentoring other engineers.
