Troocoo Healthcare is currently seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for an ongoing permanent chance within an aged care setting in Yackandandah, VIC.
This role offers 4 night shifts per fortnight on an ongoing basis, making it a great opportunity for an RN looking for consistent hours and a permanent position within aged care.
About The Role

Provide high-quality, person-centred care to residents
Work collaboratively with care and clinical teams
Monitor residents' health and respond appropriately to changing clinical needs
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and care records
About You We are looking for an RN who:
Holds current AHPRA registration
Has experience working in aged care, or a robust interest in the sector
Is confident working night shifts
Has strong clinical assessment and communication skills
Is reliable, compassionate and resident-focused
Can work independently while contributing positively to the wider team
Has current and valid compliance documentation
