851 Electrical Services is a electrical contractor with a growing presence in the data centre construction sector, delivering critical power and infrastructure works for mission-critical facilities across NSW. We are building out our project delivery team to match growing demand for data centre capacity.

Key responsibilities n

n
Manage the end-to-end delivery of data centre construction projects, including scope, program, budget and quality control
n
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers and site personnel to ensure works are delivered safely and on schedule
n
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
n
Champion WHS compliance and site safety standards in line with data centre and critical infrastructure requirements
n
Track project costs, variations and forecasts,



and report on progress against budget and program
n
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including RFIs, variations, progress reports and close-out packs
n
Identify and manage project risks, resolving issues proactively to avoid delays
n
Market-market-competitive salary package, negotiable based on experience
