This is a mobile field service position where you will work across Melbourne and regional Victoria installing, servicing and repairing bakery and food production equipment. You will work both independently and alongside other technicians on customer sites ranging from small artisan bakeries through to large industrial food manufacturing facilities.

Key responsibilities
Installation and commissioning of industrial bakery machinery
Breakdown diagnosis and repair
Preventative maintenance and service inspections
Mechanical assembly and machine modifications
Electrical fault finding and component replacement
Reading electrical and mechanical drawings
Completion of service reports and documentation
Customer training and technical support
Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and workmanship

About you
Trade qualification in Mechanical Fitting, Maintenance, Electromechanical Technology or similar
Solid mechanical fault-finding ability
Basic electrical troubleshooting skills
Current driver's licence
Ability to work autonomously




Valuable communication and customer service skills
Restricted Electrical License (REL) highly regarded
Experience with industrial manufacturing equipment highly regarded
Food processing, bakery or packaging machinery experience highly regarded
Fully maintained service vehicle
Mobile phone and tablet

Exposure to leading European bakery equipment manufacturers
