Job Description
As a Receptionist & Cashier, you will be one of the first points of contact for guests and play an key role in delivering a welcoming and professional customer experience at Ocean 12, a premium late-night entertainment venue located within Melbourne's Crown Entertainment Complex.

Key responsibilities

Welcoming guests and confirming reservations
n
Directing guests to karaoke rooms, VIP rooms and designated areas
n
Processing payments and handling cashier duties
n
Answering phone enquiries and providing general information
n
Assisting with walk-in bookings and guest requests
n
Communicating effectively with the service team and management
n
Keeping the reception and entrance areas clean, organised and presentable
n

About you
n
n
Well-presented, friendly and confident
n
Fluent in English and Mandarin
n




Strong communicator with excellent customer service skills
n
Reliable, responsible and able to work well as part of a team
n
Calm and organised in a busy late‐night's environment
n
Available to work late-night and early‐morning shifts
n
Previous experience in reception, cashiering, hotels, hospitality, nightclubs or karaoke venues highly regarded
n
Valid Victorian RSA certificate preferred
