The Role
n
This role comes with a plenty of variety and the chance to get highly sought after experience. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to;
n
n
Reception duties - welcoming patients and responding to enquiries
n
Diary and Appointment book management
n
Invoicing and billing
n
Maintaining office inventory and equipment
n
Learning and following policies and procedures.
n
n
What are we looking for?
n




Our ideal candidate will have the following;
n
n
Excellent customer service and communication skills with a warm and articulate manner
n
Understanding and abiding by strict confidentiality procedures
n
Solid written and verbal communication skills
n
Motivated and enthusiastic
n
Successful completion of HSC
n
Ability to commit to a 12 month Traineeship.
n
n
