About The Opportunity:

My client is an established and growing commercial construction business seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join its Toowoomba-based team, with a planned commencement in January ****, or potentially earlier for the right person.
n
With a strong pipeline of secured work, this is an excellent opportunity to join an experienced delivery team working across significant multi-rise accommodation and structural projects.
n
We are looking for a hands-on construction professional who understands how to keep trades moving, maintain high site standards and, importantly, takes genuine pride in the quality of the finished product.

About the Role:
n
Working closely with the Site Manager and broader project team, you will play a key role in the day-to-day coordination and supervision of construction activities on site.
n
You will assist in driving programme, quality and safety while ensuring subcontractors and trades deliver works in accordance with drawings, specifications and project requirements.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Supervising day-to-day construction activities and trades on site
n
Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and site personnel
n
Assisting with the delivery of multi-rise accommodation and structural works
n
Monitoring daily progress against the construction programme
n
Coordinating trade sequencing and ensuring works are ready for following trades
n
Maintaining high standards of workmanship, presentation and quality
n
Closely monitoring finishes and identifying quality issues early
n
Ensuring works are completed in accordance with drawings, specifications and engineering requirements
n
Conducting site inspections and assisting with quality assurance processes
n
Maintaining strong WHS, housekeeping and general site standards
n
Working closely with the Site Manager to identify and resolve construction issues
n
Coordinating deliveries, site access and day-to-day logistics
n
Building strong working relationships with subcontractors and trades
n
Assisting with defects,

About You:
n
You will be an experienced Site Supervisor with a practical, hands-on approach and the ability to build solid relationships with trades while maintaining clear expectations around programme, safety and quality.
n
Importantly, you will bring experience working on multi-rise accommodation and structural projects and understand the coordination and attention to detail required on complex builds.
n
You will ideally have:
n
n
Proven experience as a Site Supervisor within commercial construction
n
Experience delivering multi-rise accommodation projects
n
Experience across structural and technically complex construction
n
Strong understanding of construction methodology and trade sequencing
n
Excellent subcontractor and trade coordination skills
n
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and documentation
n
Strong attention to detail and a genuine focus on quality finishes
n
Sound understanding of WHS and construction compliance requirements
n
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
n
A proactive, organised and team-focused approach
n
A genuine commitment to maintaining high standards across the site
n
n
