Job Summary n
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist specializing in Outpatient Pediatrics to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities n
n
Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to pediatric patients in an outpatient setting.
n
Work independently to assess patient conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
n
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care using Epic charting.
n
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
n
Adhere to facility protocols and professional guidelines in delivering care.
n




Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and contribute to patient care planning.
n
Qualifications n
n
Current CA Physical Therapy license required.
n
Minimum of 1 year of pediatric experience in an outpatient setting preferred.
n
Current BLS certification required.
n
Ability to work independently and manage a full caseload.
n
Strong communication and organizational skills.
n
Willingness to accommodate flexible scheduling, including block schedule adjustments.
