What you'll own
Your sales target, with KPIs on sales volume, order volume and customer experience ratings
Outbound prospecting by phone to open recent opportunities
Converting provided leads into orders
Growing your customer base and keeping it buying
A clean pipeline in HubSpot, so your forecast is one we can trust

The challenge: this is a phone-first, target-driven seat.



If you're energised by cold calls and a leaderboard, you'll love it. If you're not, this isn't the role.

You'll fit if you
Have 2 years in B2B sales with a documented record of hitting or beating target
Cold prospect by phone without needing to be pushed
Write and speak clearly, and look after customers after the sale
Are self-driven and make things happen on your own initiative
Are confident with CRMs, MS Office and AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT

Highly regarded: gym or fitness equipment knowledge, HubSpot or NetSuite, B2C sales experience, a passion for fitness, and a sense of humour.

Full time, Monday to Friday, based at our Clayton office [hybrid available for the right candidate]. Occasional weekend work may be required. You'll need to be available for the two-week Gold Coast onboarding. Australian work rights required.
