Bottega Coco at Barrangaroo is looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Manager to join our team.
What we are looking for
Restaurant and Hospitality Management experience minimum of 2 years +
Passion for customer service- Experience coordinating a busy restaurant service and managing a team
Proven ability to work well under pressure and with a sense of urgency
Self motivated, highly organised & well presented
Exceptional communication skillsThe role includes but not limited to:
Oversea and Manage of all aspects of front of house operations
Work closely with the executive Manager to ensure that all staff are delivering excellent service and customers leave happy
Staff mentoring and coaching
Opening and closing of restaurant
Staff rostering and wages control
Ordering and monitoring stock levels of all non-food items
Ensuring facilities comply with health regulations and are kept clean at all times
