Hope Skin Cancer & GP Clinic is looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Registered Nurse (RN) or Enrolled Nurse (EN) to join our team on a casual basis.
About the role The successful applicant will work alongside our doctors and clinical team, assisting with the day-to-day delivery of high-quality patient care in a busy GP and skin cancer clinic.
Key responsibilities include:
Assisting doctors with patient care and clinical procedures
Wound care and dressings
Supporting skin cancer procedures
Immunisations and injections
Health assessments and care plans
Taking patient observations and assisting with clinical assessments
Maintaining accurate clinical documentation
Supporting the general operations of the nursing team
About you
We are looking for someone who is:
Registered with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse
Reliable,
skilled and compassionate
Confident working independently as well as part of a team
Patient-focused and committed to providing high-quality care
Previous GP, practice nursing or skin cancer experience is desirable but not essential
