Regal Concept Design is a bathroom and plumbing supplier with a showroom in Osborne Park. We help homeowners, builders, renovators and trade customers find the right tapware, vanities, toilets, showers and fittings for their projects.

We're looking for a Sales Consultant to join our showroom team. Experience in bathroom products is welcome but not required. We care more about attitude than a résumé, and we'll give you the product knowledge, sales skills and mentoring you need.

What you'll be doing
Welcoming customers and helping them choose products for their current bathroom or renovation
Building product knowledge across our ranges and learning how bathroom projects come together
Preparing quotes and following up with customers




Supporting trade and renovator accounts alongside experienced staff
Keeping the showroom displays tidy, current and well presented
Processing orders and liaising with the warehouse on stock and deliveries

What we're looking for
Friendly, confident communication skills and genuine enjoyment of helping people
A willingness to learn and take on feedback
Valuable organisation and attention to detail
Basic computer skills (training on our systems provided)
Retail, customer service or hospitality experience is a plus
An interest in design, interiors, renovations or building is a bonus
