Job Description

Caterpillar is seeking a Customer Support Engineer to monitor product performance, train and support field technicians, and own the commercial impact of field issues. Based in Brisbane or Perth, this onsite role requires up to 30% travel to support Australia, Recent Zealand, PNG, and beyond.

You will build robust relationships with dealers and customers, applying technical excellence to troubleshoot problems and deliver durable service solutions in a multinational setting.
