Our client is a growing property and construction business with an expanding development pipeline. They are looking for an experienced Project/Design Manager to take ownership of projects across the full development lifecycle, from acquisition and feasibility through to approvals, construction and completion.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone with a robust construction background who understands the commercial side of development and can confidently manage multiple stakeholders, consultants and projects.

The Role
Lead development projects from acquisition, feasibility and planning through to construction and completion
Manage project budgets, programmes, feasibility and development reporting
Coordinate consultants, authorities, design teams, contractors and key stakeholders
Oversee development approvals, design management and construction integration
Manage commercial construction projects and provide oversight across contracts, procurement and delivery
Assist with recent business, tendering and identifying development opportunities




Work closely with Directors and the wider construction team to drive project and commercial outcomes

About You
10+ years' experience across construction, development management, project management or contract administration
Robust understanding of the development lifecycle, including feasibility, planning and approvals
Construction or property development background
Solid commercial and financial understanding
Confident managing consultants, contractors, clients and other stakeholders
Highly organised, commercially minded and comfortable taking ownership of projects
Construction Management, Project Management or similar qualification highly regarded
