Belgravia Group in Queensland is seeking a bright, enthusiastic Guest Services Officer for Ocean Beach Tourist Park on the Gold Coast.
You will greet guests face-to-face and on the phone, deliver outstanding service, and assist with administrative and cleaning tasks.
The role requires a friendly, skilled telephone manner, experience with booking systems (RMS is a plus), cash handling, and a willingness to work a 7-day roster including weekends and public holidays.
