OurFinance and Corporate Servicesdirectorate is seeking an organised professional with a genuine focus on people for the role ofTeam Leader - Carer Payments.Working collaboratively, you will oversee the administration of Carer Payments and related financial services, supporting the delivery of a vital program within theDepartment for Child Protection.

In this role, you will:
Oversee the administration of Carer Payments and related services, meeting program goals and performance targets
Lead a team to deliver quality services and support staff development
Drive continuous improvement of systems and services, including resource management and reporting
Work collaboratively across the organisation, providing expert advice and guidance
Manage operational resources and service delivery to achieve positive client outcomes.
About you:
You have experiencemanaging staff, buildingpositive team environmentsand supporting professionaldevelopment
You can identify opportunities to improve service delivery and implement effective strategies
Your experience includes managing effective financial and administrative functions to support organisational needs
You bring excellent communication skills and can build effective relationships with a range of stakeholders
You have strong knowledge of funding and financial reporting, with the ability to analyse information,



manage risk and deliver practical solutions.
