Rumbalara Aboriginal Cooperative – Family, Care & Early Years invites applications for the Better Futures Community Connector.
This full‐time, 38 hours per week role focuses on building networks and pathways for young people aged 15 years 9 months to 21 leaving residential or out of home care, to engage with Better Futures and Home Stretch.
You will develop partnerships with professionals, coordinate case planning, and create annual plans that empower Aboriginal clients to achieve housing,
