Job Description
LM Contracting is seeking an experienced Patio Installer to join our team on a contract basis.
Based in Windsor, NSW ****, this role will involve the installation of high-quality patios for our residential and commercial clients.
As a Patio Installer, you will play a crucial part in enhancing the outdoor living spaces of our customers.
What you'll be doing
Installing patio frames and roofing materials to meet customer specifications
Ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety
Troubleshooting any issues that may arise during the installation process
Maintaining a clean and organized work setting throughout the project
Completing all necessary documentation and reporting requirements
What we're looking for
Minimum 2 years' experience as a Patio Installer or in a similar construction role
Strong understanding of patio design, materials, and installation techniques
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications




Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Commitment to delivering high-quality work and exceptional customer service
Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team
Current drivers licence and own reliable transportation
