About the role




Patient reception and appointment management
Answering and managing telephone enquiries
Updating patient records and scanning documents
Medicare billing, payments, invoices and receipts
Managing emails, correspondence and daily administration
Maintaining a clean, organised and welcoming reception area
Supporting doctors and nursing staff with day-to-day practice operations
Opening and closing the clinic as required
About you
Friendly, courteous and genuinely patient-focused
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Solid attention to detail and accuracy
Reliable, organised and able to prioritise tasks
Professional presentation with a positive attitude
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Understands the importance of confidentiality and patient privacy
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Previous medicalreception/healthcareexperience is desirable
