Key Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, and manage the store team to achieve strong performance
Deliver outstanding customer service standards at all times
Oversee merchandising, stock control, and store presentation
Drive sales through effective leadership and customer engagement
Recruit, train, and develop team members
Manage rostering and daily store operations
Follow company procedures for opening and closing the store
Complete additional duties as required to support the business
About You:
Previous retail management experience essential
Robust leadership and people management skills
Excellent customer service and communication abilities
Highly organised with the ability to multitask
Reliable and able to work weekends as part of a rotating roster
Retail merchandising experience highly regarded
Successful applicants will be entrusted with store keys and responsibility for store opening and closing duties.
