Reporting to the Financial Controller you will manage the the day-to-day purchasing and procurement activities across the hotel.
What You Will Be Doing
Work closely with Culinary, Housekeeping, Front Office and other departments to understand and deliver their purchasing needs.
Source and purchase food, beverage, operational and general hotel supplies.
Monitor stock levels, inventory movements and purchasing requirements to ensure appropriate supply.
Build and maintain robust relationships with suppliers and negotiate competitive pricing and terms.
Identify prospects to reduce costs, improve efficiencies and maximise value without compromising quality.
