The Chance

We are seeking a Psychologist to join our current and expanding team in either a full-time or part-time capacity. This role is well suited to new graduates as well as experienced clinicians.

Key Responsibilities In this role, you will:
Conduct psychological assessments and evidence-based therapy




Develop and implement Individualized treatment plans
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with other allied health professionals and referring practitioners
Manage a varied caseload including private clients, EPC/Medicare, NDIS, DVA, and aged care
Comply with professional, ethical, and clinic standards

Essential Criteria
Hold current AHPRA registration with appropriate qualified indemnity and public liability insurance
Demonstrated ability to maintain accurate, timely, and high-quality clinical documentation
Show a strong commitment to career development and continuous learning
Provide mentoring or supervision to colleagues where appropriate to your experience
Be confident in your role while remaining open to feedback and growth
Willingness to actively contribute to business growth through networking, community engagement, and relationship building with referrers
Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)

Job Types: Full time, Part-time, Subcontract, Casual, Contract Pay: $80,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
