Property/Asset Manager

Exciting prospect for a Property Manager to join our fast-growing and motivated team in the Pilbara region! You’ll be working alongside our Residential Department Manager, who has been with the company since 2018, as well as our dedicated property management team.

As our rent roll continues to grow rapidly, we are proactively expanding our team to ensure staff maintain a manageable workload and don’t experience burnout. The Role

Join us in our property management department as a Property Manager with tasks including:
Managing a portfolio of a maximum 150 properties
Arrears, rent reviews and renewals
Final bond inspections
Repairs and maintenance




Liaising with tenants and landlords
Leasing and admin support in the office
Data entry

Skills and Experience:
2+ years’ experience as a property manager
Certificate of Registration minimum
Reliable car and driver’s licence
Office 365 and Microsoft programs experience preferred
Property Tree experience preferred
Inspection Express experience preferred
Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Immaculately presented
The ability to work proactively & independently

Highly organised and a positive communicator

$95,000k plus commissions + Superannuation + Retention Incentive + Performance Bonus Pay: $95,000.00 per year
