The Opportunity

We're seeking a Recruitment Advisor to join our People & Culture team. This key role supports full high-volume recruitment, from sourcing and selection to onboarding, ensuring we attract and retain the best talent in a fast-paced workplace.

Immediate start available for the right candidate, based in either our Perth or Queensland office.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple departments
Conduct interviews, book medicals, complete reference checks, and ensure onboarding compliance
Maintain a solid pipeline of candidates to meet operational demands
Deliver inductions and develop a candidate care program for new starters
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and recruitment agencies
Work closely with the Perenti HR Services and Payroll teams for smooth onboarding




Support broader People & Culture initiatives in partnership with the P&C; Manager
Provide reporting and general HR support as required

About You
Proven experience in high volume recruitment, ideally in a rapid-paced or blue-collar environment
High level of initiative with a proactive and can-do attitude
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong administrative and organisational skills; ability to multitask under pressure
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors (highly regarded)
Working knowledge of employment legislation
Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related fields (desirable)
Intermediate or higher proficiency in MS Office and reporting
