Job Description

Bunnings Warehouse in Australia is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to oversee daily operations, sales and stock management in a high-volume store. You’ll report to the Site Manager and lead a team of 180+ staff across departments, ensuring protected, effective service and robust customer experience.

You’ll develop strategies with department managers, monitor safety, KPI targets, and coordinate with distribution centres to support the wider area group.
