Required Experience
6+ years of Project Management experience.
Proven experience delivering large-scale Banking or Financial Services projects.
Robust experience managing enterprise technology transformation programs.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
Experience delivering projects using Agile, Scrum, or SAFe methodologies.
Robust experience with project governance, RAID management, budgeting, and financial tracking.
Experience managing cross-functional teams and third-party vendors.
Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office.
Solid understanding of SDLC and enterprise delivery frameworks.

Preferred Skills
PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or SAFe Certification.
Experience in Digital Banking, Payments, Cards, Lending, Core Banking, or Risk Transformation.
Knowledge of Cloud, Data, Cyber Security, or Enterprise Platforms.
Experience managing enterprise vendors and third-party delivery partners.
