Job Description

Ignite in Broadbeach, QLD is seeking a Cruise Product Coordinator to support day-to-day operations, maintain accurate cruise packages, and collaborate with Product Managers, Sales, and marketing teams. This role directly impacts customer experience and commercial performance of our cruise offering.

Key duties include managing Zendesk inquiries, ensuring website listings are up-to-date, and testing rates and products via Traveltek APIs and faresheets while staying organized under pressure.
