n Castle Education are recruiting High Needs Support Assistants for a range of schools and specialist provisions.
n This is ideal for someone who enjoys building positive relationships and helping young people develop their confidence, independence and ability to access education .
n What could your day look like?
n Depending on the setting, you may:

Provide 1:1 support
n
Work with small groups
n
Support pupils within a classroom
n
Help pupils manage behaviour and emotions
n
Support communication and learning
n
Encourage independence and life skills
n




Help pupils engage positively with school
n

n

Experience with SEN, SEND, complex needs, autism, SEMH or behavioural support is highly desirable.
n The Advantages£14.24–£16.00 per hour depending on experience and setting.
